“It’s not just about putting an ad in the paper...” The new construction division is lead by Inspired President, Joyce Skarka who for the past seventeen years has made an indelible mark on the landscape, overseeing the branding development and sales for the most desired communities in the Northeast region.
Prior to launching Inspired Real Estate Marketing, Ms. Skarka was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for the Northeast Urban Division of Lennar, the third largest Real Estate developer in the U.S. For Lennar, Ms. Skarka spearheaded sales and marketing initiatives for urban master-planned communities from Atlantic City to New England. Under Ms. Skarka’s direction, Lennar was honored with NAHB’s “Nationals” marketing awards, for multiple communities.
For several years, Ms. Skarka was the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Beechwood Organization, one of Long Island’s leading homebuilders and one of the largest developers of residential communities in New York. At Beechwood, Ms. Skarka led the sales, marketing and corporate branding development. She played a key role in the development of Meadowbrook Pointe Athletic Club & Spa, the luxury active adult community of 720 homes built on the site of the historic Roosevelt Raceway & Arverne By The Sea, a master-planned mixed-use community of 2,300 homes in the Rockaways.
